Jump Force currently has a fighter roster of more than 40 characters. Bandai Namco hasn't revealed any of the characters so far, but a new leak for the DLC might have revealed all of the upcoming Jump Force DLC fighters. Jump Force will get new DLC characters as it also has a season pass.Everyone should have the dlc characters now if not try checking off and re-checking them in the dlc selection of the game.
